Don’s career began in accounting. Although I didn’t like doing taxes or bookkeeping, I worked with local, small companies because I felt compelled to do whatever I could to help them. My professional journey led me to work with accounting software applications that were scaled for use by very large companies. For over four decades I have been consulting on accounting systems for large, multi-billion companies to fill their management needs. What I have found in this experience is the tools and strategies large companies have used to become successful are just as applicable, and readily available to small business.
