The Applewood Business Association is dedicated to a balanced growth and revitalization of our community. By doing so, the community can experiance the vitality and prosperity needed for success. The Applewood Community is continuing to evolve and thrive; exciting opportunities are on the horizon. Cabela's, World's Foremost Outfitter, is anticipated to open in 2009. The impact of this addition has assisted with the completion of the I-70 and Highway 58 interchange as well as numerous improvements to the I-70 corridor. This project is scheduled to be completed by the end of 2008. The ABA is at the forefront of the planning for future improvements on Youngfield Street in an effort to maintain a vision that represents the spirit of Applewood.
The Applewood Business Association is continuing its commitment to give back to the community. One of the ways this is accomplished is through assisting not-for-profit organizations with donations. Proceeds are derived from fundraisers such as our annual golf tournament held every June, as well as our Flag Day and Holiday flag programs.
Membership in the ABA has many advantages. Our association works with a variety of organizations to provide the latest resources and skills to assist and educate members with growing a sucessful business. We offer several networking opportunities including breakfast, luncheon meetings and business after hours events. Your participation in these events is encouraged and appreciated.
